When Westie and I both realised we were free during a weekday last week, we decided to hit up the shops with a common goal in mind: to find a new spring jacket.

Sick of the fact that we were still wearing our heavy winter jackets/coats when the warmer weather was slowly starting to resurface, we mutually agreed that enough was enough: Mission Jacket.

Success rate? 2/2 jackets found! Coincidentally and luckily (as we were starving by the end of the hunt), we both found our respective jackets at H&M. Westie’s was a light black cotton one, whilst mine, as illustrated (with my new watercolour pencils effect) is a collar-less poly/viscose navy blue and black jacket, with some button detail. It was the last specimen I tried on in vain, on the verge of giving up… until Westie exclaimed ” I LOVE IT! ” and guess what? I did too ♥

Mission accomplished!
